Phone numbers and company names on order forms are optional. You may browse and order without providing them. We do not require your date of birth, gender or government identification to shop.

Omfix is a general retail service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, contact us at support@omfix.store and we will delete it where we are legally able to.

We keep account information for as long as your account is active. Order records are kept for the period required by applicable law, including tax and accounting rules, and to resolve disputes and enforce our rights. Newsletter subscribers remain on our list until they unsubscribe.

You can ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time, subject to records we are required by law to keep.

You may have the right, depending on where you live, to:
