Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to your use of the Omfix website, operated by Aidomex Group Ltd trading as Omfix ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or placing an order you agree to these terms. They do not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

If you are under 18, you may use our site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms.

When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity carried out on your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support@omfix.store.

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the items in your order at the prices shown at checkout. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Prices are shown in the currency of the region you are shopping in and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We try to keep pricing and availability accurate, but occasional errors can occur. If a product is priced incorrectly or unavailable, we will contact you before processing the order.

Payment is processed through secure payment providers at checkout. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers. If a payment fails, we will let you know and your order will not be processed.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are good-faith targets based on the shipping option you choose, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Where we offer free delivery over a threshold, the threshold is shown on the site and at checkout.

You may return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund provided it is unused and in its original packaging. This is described in our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms reduces your statutory rights as a consumer.

Products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Our returns policy does not affect any manufacturer warranty you may have with the maker of a product.

You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to access areas of it you are not authorised to use, including through automated means or by interfering with other users' accounts or orders.

The Omfix name, logo, site design and content are owned by Aidomex Group Ltd or its licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Product images are used with permission under their relevant licences.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer where caused by our negligence or a breach of these terms, to the extent allowed by law. We are not liable for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our actions, or for losses caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms. Where we do so, we will refund any outstanding amounts owed to you for orders that can no longer be fulfilled.

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and, where required, through the consumer-protection channels available in your jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to an order is the one in effect when you placed it. We will update the effective date at the top of this page whenever we change them.
